With over 15+ years of experience, Ashish is one of the strongest pillars of TJC Group and has been constantly contributing to the growth of the organisation. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and has worked in various SAP environments such as ABAP, SRM, Workflow, SAP QM, and SAP BTP CF. In addition, he manages multiple cloud resources.

Can you explain your role at TJC Group?
At TJC Group, I hold the position of Principal Software Engineer, where I lead the TJC Cloud Product – ELSA (Enterprise Legacy System Application). It is one of the most interesting projects I have ever worked on – the best part is getting to work with the SAP Business Technology Platform in a Cloud Foundry environment. Apart from this, my role involves assisting clients in decommissioning legacy systems, irrespective of whether they are SAP or non-SAP ones. That said, I also must ensure a smooth transition to S/4HANA for all our SAP customers. Overall, I have an interesting yet fun role at the TJC Group.
That’s interesting to know! So, can you share a little about your journey? Any remarkable project you’ve worked on?
Well, throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with some notable organisations, such as Accenture, Capgemini, Bayer, Welspun, and NECO. At each organisation, I have worked on some good projects; however, in my early years, I have extensively worked on SAP ERP implementation projects, which helped me gain an in-depth understanding of it. With technology advancing over the years, I keep garnering more knowledge, and at TJC Group, my learning curve has been extraordinary – particularly in the Cloud journey.
What do you like the most about your role?
When it comes to my experience working at TJC Group, all I can say is that the company’s impressive expertise in data archiving and legacy system decommissioning has kept me hooked. That said, the transparency with which the organisation operates is impeccable. What I like the most about working at TJC Group is that we prioritise staying on par with modern technologies, contributing to the growth of the company and learning of the employees.
A few words about TJC Group?
Before joining TJC Group, I didn’t have much experience with the SAP BTP CF environment, but TJC Group provided me with the right training and guidance for the same. Hence, I am grateful for the fantastic opportunity that this organisation has given me to learn and enhance my skills. If I am being honest, I consider TJC Group to be one of the best companies to work for, with a welcoming environment.
We are glad to hear that. Can you tell us a bit about your life outside of TJC Group? What do you like to do in your free time?
Well, during my free time, I love spending some quality time with my son, as on weekdays, I am busy with work. So, during my free time, I ensure to give him my time, play with him, and go out for some fun. Apart from this, I also enjoy watching movies, playing badminton, exercising, and practising yoga.
